When you purchase a ticket, you will receive an order confirmation in your mail containing your ticket tokens and QR codes. The tokens and QR codes serve as your entry passes for the event. Keep them secure, as they can only be validated once.

Tickets are valid from the moment of purchase till the moment they are scanned at the event venue / after the event closes.

If you purchased tickets and for some reason you can't find it in your mail, you can reach out to us via the chat box (located at the bottom right corner of your screen) or send an email to us at support@zipperticket.com, we'll investigate the issue and guide you on the next steps.

The commission fee is a small charge applied to every ticket sold on the platform. It covers payment processing and other transaction-related costs.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for successfully completed ticket transactions at this time.
